We are a notebook, school diary, register and children's book manufacturer, printer and exporter, established in 1985 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, with our head office at Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and our manufacturing unit at HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Kundli, Haryana.

Sales Executive
You will bring in orders from schools, school chains, institutions, corporates and stationery distributors.
What you will do:
- Visit and call schools, institutions and dealers to present our notebooks, diaries, registers and children's books
- Collect requirements, share samples and quotations, and follow up until the order closes
- Coordinate with the factory team on customisation, delivery dates and dispatch
- Maintain a daily record of leads, visits and follow-ups
What we look for:
- Clear communication in Hindi and basic English
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings
- Experience in stationery, printing, publishing or school sales is an advantage
Salary: as per experience and interview.
Digital Marketing Executive
You will manage how CTC Book World and Seven Days appear online and turn that visibility into business enquiries.
What you will do:
- Plan and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and X
- Shoot and edit short product and factory video clips and upload them to YouTube and Instagram
- Update product listings on the website and on B2B and e-commerce marketplaces
- Write captions and descriptions with correct keywords, and track enquiries generated
What we look for:
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic video editing on mobile or computer
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) and good written English
- Understanding of SEO is an advantage
Salary: as per experience and interview.
Telecaller
You will be the first voice of the company for schools, institutions and dealers.
What you will do:
- Call schools, institutions and dealers to introduce our products and generate enquiries
- Answer incoming enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and marketplaces
- Fix appointments for the sales team and follow up on quotations
- Keep the lead sheet updated every day
What we look for:
- Polite, confident phone manner in Hindi; basic English preferred
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
Salary: up to Rs. 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
