Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders (India)
All orders within India are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM IST
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Shipping charge: ₹60 for orders below ₹500
International Orders (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Nepal & Gulf Countries)
International shipments are dispatched via registered courier and freight services. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and destination country.
- Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days
- Shipping cost communicated at order confirmation
- Customs duties and import taxes are buyer's responsibility
Return Policy
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photographs of damage/defect must be shared
- Returns not accepted for change of mind
